What you’ll learn & achieve::
- Works to define team structure and global operating model in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands customer business drivers required to architect strategic roadmaps, future platform upgrades, and modernization to increase adoption across the enterprise by unlocking all the platform capabilities
- Supports strategic business platform owners in creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption.
- Supports customer platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies.
- Engages with customer stakeholders at multiple levels and build strategic relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Works closely with internal teams (delivery, operations & engineering) to communicate customer feedback on product and project performance.
- Identifies Industry trends and best practices across domains and work internally with the Engineering teams to craft additional service offerings in response to market needs.
What makes you a great fit::
- Minimum of 12 years of experience
- Hands-on experience managing complex enterprise solutions related to business and IT transformation efforts
- Excellent communication skills, interface with hands-on technical staff, present complex concepts and plans to Director and Executive leadership effectively in a concise and impactful manner
- Advanced JavaScript development skills, including applicability within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Advanced HTML development skills
- Experience with JSON
- Ability to derive architecture that follows best practices from functional requirements
- Ability to perform ServiceNow Application Configuration
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
- Ability to perform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes when available to mitigate the risk of potential vulnerabilities.

Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
