ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Initiate and process monthly and non-recurring rent files for the RE&S real estate portfolio (variance report, EI templates)
  • Identify discrepancies or errors
  • Management of vendor setup process
  • Set-up and maintain payment calendar
  • Validate success of payment file after submission
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Serve as backup to the Lease Coordinator
  • Work with other lease administration team members as it relates to rent payment support
  • Maintain relationships with client
  • May be required to provide administrative support to other personnel within the department.
  • Assist the Real Estate team as necessary with information related to the lease payments
  • May perform other duties as assigned by Ops Manager or Account Director

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years lease administration or lease accounting experience.
  • Lease database experience required Proficient Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word is required;
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision;
  • High energy and professional attitude
  • Strong customer service Landlord/Tenant relation skills
