Raymond West is currently looking for a strong Rental Administrator to join our amazing team! The Rental Administrator supports the activities of the Rental department by creating, organizing, and maintaining files, both physical and electronic of Rental Department activity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Coordinate rentals: maintain records and files related to rentals in the following areas:
  • Long term rentals (LTR) and Usage plant
  • Rent to Own (RTO) accounts
  • Equipment preparation and delivery
  • Track and maintain Rental assets through the term of the contract
  • Create and maintain electronic or physical files for standard rentals, Sales demos, and re-rent equipment
  • Process RHSI invoices via SAP; maintain spreadsheet of SAP activity
  • Issue monthly purchase order updates. Track purchase orders and receivers, provide updates to Department management as required.
  • Maintain spreadsheet of department payables. Work with Accounting Department and vendors to resolve payables issues.
  • Daily process of rental returns
  • Log all daily delivery and pick up discrepancies
  • Weekly review of the rental hold report

  • Be able to communicate effectively, in person, in writing, and via telephone with customers, manufacturers and Company employees at all levels.

  • Computer, record keeping, and data entry experience are essential.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS Word and Excel and related business software.

  • Be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate.
  • Present a clean, neat professional appearance.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED with related work experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English. Be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Be able to compute rate, and percent.

REASONING ABILITY

Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay Range:
  • $18.28-$39.45
