Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate our rental business
• Create and close out all rental contracts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Create rental quotes for customers including freight quotes.
• Coordinate with the yard and wash guy on everything that is scheduled to be leaving the following day making sure the machine is washed and cabs are detailed.
• Schedule all inbound and outbound inspections with our rental technician when equipment or attachments arrive back from rent.
• Coordinate with the shop to get all repairs completed on rental machines and made rent ready.
• Coordinate with trucking companies on delivering and picking up machines on rent efficiently and effectively.
• Enroll and remove machines on our insurance accordingly with the rentals.
• File insurance claims and bill customer damages if necessary.
• Update our Machinery Trader listings with correct hours and machine statuses.
• File all Inbound and Outbound pictures in the correct customer folder.
  
• Resolve customer problems and disputes related to rental equipment.
• Communicate with the salesmen on anything leaving or coming in.
• Help out answering rental calls and have the ability to talk to customers.

• Ability to develop effective working relationships with customers, hauling companies and co-workers, while creating and maintaining a team environment.
