Rental Equipment Contracts Administrator
Job description
Hi volume oil equipment rental company located south of the Pleasanton, Texas area, seeks a motivated and well-organized rental agent who will be responsible for coordinating all rental activities into various tracking programs that will translate onto a rental agreement contract. Activities would include new orders, deliveries, pick-ups, swaps, repairs, moves etc., per contract billing cycle. The ideal candidate will be well organized and capable to track equipment throughout the the rental contract to provide to accounting for billing and have good time management and multi-tasking skills, to navigate several pieces of equipment per contract and several contracts at a given time. Previous equipment leasing or rental experience highly desired but knowledge of oil & gas service industry is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
