Repair Support Technician – $16.85 per hour

This position is responsible for Provide in store support for QT Facility Support department by repairing/resolving maintenance work orders within areas trained, and/or, trouble shoot and update maintenance issues in the electronic work order management software, to provide clear information to responding Facility Support Technician(s), or third-party maintenance services. Ensure food/beverage product quality and consistency through the weekly cleaning and calibration of assigned equipment. Help ensure the performance of assigned electronic equipment through regularly scheduled cleaning. Work efficiently to ensure all tasks assigned are completed timely and thoroughly. Must provide quality customer service, complete assigned DAW tasks, and meet operating standards by complying with and supporting QT Policies & Procedures, QT Core Values and Purpose, Standards of Store Operations, and all QT programs, at the direction of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager on duty. This position will report to the FS Supervisor, Store Manager, and/or Assistant Manager on duty. The Hiring Manager for this position will be the RSN Facility Support Supervisor.
The requirements for this position include:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Working knowledge of the food/beverage and other equipment in a QuikTrip location.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The hours for this position are 40 per week but may vary according to projects, deadlines, and business needs and may include weekends and holidays. The starting salary for this position is $16.85 per hour, depending on related experience and qualifications.
