We are currently seeking a Resident Care Coordinator. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents, their family members and team members!

The ideal candidate will:

· Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

· Be a licensed Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) in Oklahoma

· Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification

· Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

· Knowledgeable with medication systems and procedures

· Demonstrates leadership ability

· Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality

· Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members and visitors

· Ability to prepare and manage weekly and monthly staff scheduling

· Ability to keep resident charts and update resident care plans with accuracy and with Nurse oversight

This position will be required to work some hours on the floor as a caregiver.

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
