We are looking for a Resident Care Director - RN or LPN for our Assisted Living Community.

Resident Care Director - RN or LPN Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day resident’s healthcare operations.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity.
• Ensure quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
• Supervise licensed nurses, and other direct care staff within the community.

Resident Care Director - RN or LPN Qualifications:

• MA RN or LPN license
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Assisted Living experience.
• Must be available to take on call and to work weekends as part of the “Manager on Duty” rotation.
• Word processing with computer skills required.
