Position Summary

The Resident Liaison coordinates activities to increase resident engagement and provides an additional channel for residents to communicate with property management.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Essential Job Functions:

• Plan and manage all aspects of resident engagement events
• Receive approval from the property management team to hold resident events
• Determine the cost of resident engagement events
• Determine need for and order supplies
• Investigate and if possible resolve basic complaints by residents or escalate as necessary
• Assist with maintaining a positive relationship between the residents and the property management team
