Resident Liaison (The Hudson)
Job description
Position Summary
The Resident Liaison coordinates activities to increase resident engagement and provides an additional channel for residents to communicate with property management.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Essential Job Functions:
- Plan and manage all aspects of resident engagement events
- Receive approval from the property management team to hold resident events
- Determine the cost of resident engagement events
- Determine need for and order supplies
- Investigate and if possible resolve basic complaints by residents or escalate as necessary
- Assist with maintaining a positive relationship between the residents and the property management team
