Job description
We are seeking a motivated individual as a full-time on site Resident Manager for a 120 unit townhouse complex. Salary commensurated on experience. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Duties to include but not limited to:
Daily walk through of property, cite residents for House Rule vioations, issue temporary parking passes, respond to after hours emergencies, meet with vendors and monitor work, obtain proposals when requested, assist with semi-annual newsletter and AOAO website, distribute resident notices when necessary.
Applicant should have basic knowledge and experience with electrical and plumbing.

Salary: $10.45 - $27.71 per hour
