Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Resident Relations Assistant!
As the Resident Relations Assistant, you will enrich lives each day by welcoming new residents to Touchmark and helping serve as their point of contact as part of the Resident Relations team. You will work cooperatively with all departments to support Independent Residents. You will also oversee scheduling for the Front Desk staff.
Schedule:
Thursday – Saturday, with possible extra hours if Front Desk coverage is needed!
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
- Welcome new independent living residents to Touchmark and introduce them to other residents, serving as their point of contact during their acclimation period;
- Must be able to explain clearly to residents, families and employees the policies and procedures of the facility;
- Will coordinate the return of Touchmark residents who were out of the community for medical reasons by working with the resident, resident’s family, and by initiating contact with discharge planners and providing information on the facility’s services and move-in/admissions policies and procedures;
- Schedule and assist the daily operations of the front desk and staff
