General Duties:
Position may require long standing and walking hours while working at the assigned client site.
Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
Adhere and enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards of conduct.
Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
Control and document sign in logs for deliveries and contractors.
Verify deliveries and provide direction.
Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned location.
Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors and other members assigned to the property.
Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
Assist with incoming and outgoing building deliveries including packages.
Act as the point of contact when it comes to providing informational assistance.
Make suggestions for entertainment, dining, and other engagements as appropriate.
Receive work order requests and document in building systems to ensure that proper follow is done.
Receive complaints and document for proper response by the management office.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements
Ability to obtain or possess Illinois State Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) and a 20-hour security training certificate.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check
Strong phone skills and ability to multitask
Customer service experience
