The Heritage of Green Hills is a wonderful independent senior living community located outside of Shilling PA. We are currently seeking a Residential Health Services Nurse (LPN) to join our Independent Living leadership team The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment, embrace our outstanding culture and have a positive attitude towards senior adults. We are flexible with this Monday through Friday schedule that is day shift. Position is full time.

Responsibilities include management of a small home health team of aides and LPNs, perform nursing assessment of the IL residents, emergency assistance, coordinate needs for additional care, and communicate with medical personnel, family members and follow-up after emergencies.

Position Requirements: LPN with a current PA license is required. Experience with a senior population is helpful.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
