We are looking for a Part-Time MotorClothes Support/Cashier to work weekends!

Candidates must be outgoing, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and possess excellent people skills. Harley-Davidson and motorcycle knowledge is a plus.

Assists the dealership by greeting customers, answering the telephone, cashiering, transferring calls, accurate and comfortable with currency and computer skills. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working to deliver excellent customer service that addresses all the customer's needs while getting them through the check-out process quickly and easily.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude

Accurately and efficiently ring on register

Process returns, and exchanges

Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.

Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.

Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information

Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
