Abacus is currently seeking a Retail Program Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Retail Program Manager is responsible for creating a high performing selling culture and achieving this through store connectivity, development/coaching of the team, recruiting, and delivering world-class customer service.

What Will I Do?
-
Develop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships with retail store personnel and area management.
- Drive Revenue
- Train and coach team
- Take ownership of program and reflect positive outcome
- You will be responsible for Run rate and Revenue
- Hold Lead Generators and Lead Coordinators accountable to KPI's

Meet with store managers and/or Home Services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.
- Compose team's weekly schedule

Inspect store displays for compliance to current signage requirements / changes.

Schedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store Management.

Product Knowledge training sessions conducted with Store Associates and Department Heads in each store at least once a month.
Do I Have What It Takes?
- A minimum of 2 years Sales experience
- Management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal Oriented is a must
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient communication skills
- Proficient written and computer skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Weekend Availability
