Fossil Memorial City is looking for a Retail Sales Associate that lives our values in their everyday behavior and represents the company in a positive, professional, "Greater Together", spirit. Your primary focus is to create an exceptional store experience for both team members and guests.

Your Skills:

• Enthusiastic product expert who engages guests, uncovers their needs, and introduces them to perfect products while embracing and encouraging exploration.
• You listen actively, patiently, and respectfully to others.
• You are a team player and take initiative.
• You leverage your knowledge and integrity to gain the trust of your guests and team.
• Take part to execute merchandising tasks; Floor sets and Plan-o-Gram (POG).
• You maintain high level of personal integrity (e.g. adhering to Loss Prevention practices & policies, work published schedule, accurate time-keeping records,etc.) and expects the same of the team.
• You communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
• Flexible work schedule
