Returns Specialist

Full-time | Claims | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022

Process and Invoice Returns Sent to the Olathe Warehouse.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and verify product and packaging is in good condition for restock and resell.

• Process credits as stated on Return Authorization paperwork in Link.

• Use Link to send claims and/or action items to internal personnel

• Identify and restock mislabeled product with various measurement tools

• Administrative duties including maintenance and organization of Returns areas

• Move processed returned product into Packaging areas

HOW TO SUCCEED

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrates proficiency using Google Mail and Calendar

• Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Word,Excel & Google Sheets
