This new hire will work in a hybrid capacity at our McCormick's Global Headquarters , located at 24 Schilling Circle in Hunt Valley, MD . The Revenue Management Analyst II will report to a Revenue Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Revenue Management Analyst II will support the Revenue Management team leveraging and building upon existing IRI consumption data and financial information to model future Revenue Management initiatives. In addition, the Analyst II will build upon existing reports to further develop analytical capabilities and presentations to influence customers and brand teams and build new capabilities as new sources of data such as e-commerce and new trade promotion evaluation platforms become available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze pricing, IRI, shipment, cost structure and trade to create NSV / OP value
Share key learning with cross functional partners such as category management, marketing , sales, and sales planning to influence and drive action.
Explore new data sources to uncover new insights to influence brand and sales teams as well as customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of analytical capabilities developed in financial, commercial or supply chain role
Commercial analytics experience preferred but equivalent modeling and predictive modeling capabilities can be leveraged in role
Ability to aggregate, model, assess and draw conclusions from multiple financial and commercial data sets.
Ability to translate complex models to cross-functional partners in simple, easy to understand form to drive action

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of basic predictive statistical tools such as linear regressions built on MS Excel or statistical packages such as R, E-Views and SPSS to build predictive models.
Commercial environment - understands limitations to models based on business environment, leveraging analytics to inform vs. decide, and adapting accordingly to drive action
