Risk Manager Analyst: Key Responsibilities will include: # Maintaining the Bank#s Information Security policies, standards, controls # Validating Information Security procedures are complete and up to date # Facilitating the Information Security response to regulatory exams, internal and external audits, risk assessments, and challenges from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line risk functions # Maintaining the alignment of Information Security GRC functions with Jenius Bank standards. # Project mana ging the risk remediation process for IT and business functions unable to meet the Bank#s Information Security requirements # Ownership of the department#s KRIs, KPIs, and other performance metrics # Coordination with other MB and SMBC functions to keep governance language in sync with new and updated regulatory and legal requirements. # Ability to risk manage any exception requests to existing security standards. Education and or Experience # Bachelor#s degree or equivalent experience # 3 years of relevant work experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and cross functional efforts. # Experience working in a regulated networking environment, preferred. # Proven management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with active-listening skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels. # Strong working knowledge, understanding and experience in building, maintaining, and mat uring effective GRC programs. # Informed on industry standards and practices, and a forward thinker on new and innovative approaches. # Provide vision and leadership regarding organizational design and resourcing of large, complex, and undefined e nterprise-wide initiatives including all aspects of management from vision through execution. . Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
