This role provides direct clinical patient care.
The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Qualifications - External

Current CA. RN license. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit. Knowledge of growth and development over the life span. Must speak, read and write English.

• Prefer minimum of six months experience in an acute care hospital.
• Current CA RN licensure
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR
• American Heart Association ACLS
• American Heart Association PALS

Pay range: $45.08 - $69.86

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
