Inficare offers the following benefits below:

Position: RN-HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)

HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE traveler experienced in Oasis so that they can also case manage (OASIS EXPERIENCE A MUST)

Requirements:

• A year of experience as a Home Health RN.
• MCKESSON/NETSMART EMR EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
• BLS from AHA - Required
• OASIS EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Current RN licensure in the state of VT- Required
• COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED
