Brush Hill Care Center, a long term care skilled nursing facility (SNF) is actively seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses for all shifts at our 160 bed Skilled Nursing Facility SNF on our long term care LTC and short term rehab STR units

Family owned "Brush Hill Care Center" is hiring per-diem Registered Nurses RN / Licensed Practical Nurses LPN for our long term care LTC and Short Term Rehab STR floors. Are you the one to be our superstar?

If you are, this is what we look for in our team members:

• General patient care,
• Observe and record conditions as they worsen or become better,
• Provide care for patients through drips, transfusions and medications,
• Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred,
• Educate patients about their health and potential health solutions and options,
• Assist doctors with tests and diagnosis,
• Professional attitude and appearance,
• Light administrative work.

Shifts available for all shifts, weekdays and weekends.
