Job description
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a prestigious Hospital System based in Plymouth County, MA.
- Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the facility EMR
- Preps operating room for patient and procedure and assists other staff in breaking down the room
- Assists in positioning, responding to comfort and safety of patient
- Provides for accurate care and handling of specimens
- Initiates corrective actions whenever necessary
- Observes and enforces strict standards of asepsis
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing School
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Operating Room
- Ortho and vascular experience preferred
- Prior Hospital/Acute Experience
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
