If you are looking for a role to help coordinate care for our seniors and patients, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for Kline Galland Home! You will work closely with our Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistant team.

We currently have immediate openings for Full Time and Part time Weekends . We also are currently providing a $7,500-$15,000 signing bonus for Evening and Night RN/LPN!

If you join us your key responsibilities will be:

• Work as a nurse on one of our long-term care units. We also have memory care and transitional care.
• To serve as a resource to our NAC’s by effectively supervising and removing any potential barriers for them to provide the highest level of care possible
• Complete initial and on-going assessment and provide outstanding care to our senior population in coordination with care plan
• Monitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions
• Work with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care
• Be an active member of an outstanding team!

If you join us you will also need:

• Current RN or LPN license in Washington State
• At least one year of Nursing Experience
• Current CPR training and card
• Compassionate, kind and positive approach to care
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit
