Shift: 12-hour shifts, full time days & nights. 8-hour shifts for evenings!

Forest View Hospital is a 108-bed facility and brings over 45 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues! As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for our Registered Nurse position. Our Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.

Our team Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients on each clinical unit as assigned, utilizing the nursing process. Patient population serviced includes both adolescents and adults. Patients are hospitalized for a broad variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood, anxiety, and thought disorders. Patients may also require treatment in specialty programming for trauma, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis (both substance abuse and psychiatric issues). This position actively supports, promotes and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Forest View Hospital using our Service Excellence program.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Michigan (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
