Under recent new ownership, Sterling Manor in Maple Shade is seeking a FT RN Clinical Unit Manager to help us build and care for our residents.

Duties include:

• Responsible for direct oversight of the unit and for coordinating all day to day operations
• Ensure state and federal regulation compliance, implementing corrective action as needed
• Coordinate staff to ensure that effective, competent and quality nursing services are provided
• Develop and maintain an environment that supports the professional nurse and staff
• Develop individualized plan of care in collaboration with resident or responsible party and interdisciplinary care team by documenting problems, statements, goals and approaches in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes
• Utilize all appropriate, available resources for counseling and discharge planning
• Supervise other professional staff in the day-to-day delivery of resident care
• Monitor resident activity and provide nursing care as appropriate including charting and record keeping

Requirements:

• Currently Registered as a nurse (RN) in NJ
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience
• Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
• Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software
• Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
• Relate professionally and positively, and work cooperatively, with other employees at all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $41.00 per hour
