Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Full Time Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Days
12 hour shifts
Pay Rate Up To $42.00 (based on experience, hours, and shift)
PLUS
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Christian Care Communities is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (+RN) Unit Manager for our Christian Health Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Our Mission is to enhance the journey of life for older adults. We are Kentucky's largest faith-inspired, non-profit provider of affordable senior living and long-term care for older adults.
Status: Full Time
Shift: Days - Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:15 pm - 6:45 am
Our campus is conveniently located in historic Louisville. Our Christian Health Center offers skilled nursing services, including short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.
Requirements for an RN Unit Manager:
- Associates degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Bachelors' degree in nursing from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2 years' experience in long-term care; supervisory experience in acute care, subacute or long term care
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a RN; Certified Wound Care
Nurse or ability to become certified within 6 months of employment - Working knowledge of various software programs such as Microsoft Office products including, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
An RN Unit Manager is responsible for supervising nursing activities and provides direct nursing care during assigned duty hours while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
