In a nutshell, you go out in the community and meet homeowners and business owners who have been affected by storm damage, help them get what is owed to them, get someone else to pay for it (insurance), let them pick colors, and then you cash big checks! North Carolina has deemed us an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS, and imperative to our community and the growth of our economy, BCR remains open and continue our work!
We are looking to add four more outside sales consultants to our Hickory team. Yes four! The average salesperson makes $78,000/year with the top performers bringing home north of $120,000 annually with our competitive commission rate!
