Here at Intellisure Agency Insurance Solutions, we are currently looking to hire an insurance sales agent who is coachable, passionate about being successful, and someone who is not afraid of being an aggressive salesperson. Having an insurance license is not required to be hired but you will need to get one prior to your start date.

The position we are looking to fill is an apprentice sales position. In this position you will be trained to maximize your sales skills by going through various trainings involving calling leads and taking inbound calls for customers who need insurance. Beyond refining your sales skills over the phone you will be trained on how to network yourself through social media, friends and family, car dealerships, and real estate agents to maximize the amount of referral sales you can bring in to increase your monthly bonus. We do provide high quality leads on a daily basis but the difference between an average seller and a top seller is generating referrals.

We are looking for someone who wants to take an amazing opportunity to the next level. You will be trained by the sales director initially and then mentored daily by your Team leader who has years of insurance sales experience. Your Team leader will be giving you daily sales tips and training reminders, making sure you never give bad coverages or issue policies that are written incorrectly, and to motivate you and show you what it takes to be a top seller.

This team is extremely close and we are a work hard play hard environment. We run competitions and have a lot of fun daily but when it’s time to work and make money we don't mess around. Compensation

• You will be rewarded and recognized for your hard work. In addition to a base salary of approx 35,000, our sales agents earn monthly bonuses based on commission. Our top-performing sellers make over well over $100,000 a year!

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Property & Casualty Insurance
• Willingness to be coached to sell in an aggressive manner
• Willingness to protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment
• A well-connected member of your local community
• Previous sales experience (auto sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
• Social media savvy, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
