Hiring Immediately!Advance Services is looking to recruit a highly motivated, Sales Assistant to join one of the nation’s top two-hundred electrical distributors in their Iowa City area! This individual will be responsible for assisting the Sales Consultants with their customer requests, follow-up, and record keeping, with growth opportunity present!
Location: Iowa City, IA
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $50,000 Annually
Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries
*
Provide information about products and services
*
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns, including product expediting and order follow-up
*
Document and update customer records based on interactions
*
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of company products and services
Requirements:
*
High School Diploma of GED required
*
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field
*
Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritizing, time management, and organization skills
*
Those with previous industrial wire and cable sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
