We are seeking an outgoing sales associate to join our wonderful team! You will resolve client questions and concerns and offer solutions to drive company membership sales.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell monthly membership and services to new and existing clients.
• Resolve account inquiries and client complaints
• Drive seasonal promotions
• Effectively promote and sell retail items

Guest Scheduling:

• Have a friendly and welcoming phone presence
• Be extremely detail-oriented to effectively book appointments
• Be able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume calls
• Maintain thorough and accurate client notes

Guest Relations:

• Have a genuine interest in getting to know clients
• Ensure clients are cared for from the moment they walk through the door to the time they leave the center

Center Operations and Cleanliness:

• It is important that we maintain an organized and clean environment for our clients and our team. Our sales associates are responsible for hourly walkthroughs of the center to ensure that the lobby, restrooms and break rooms are clean and organized.
• Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting and mopping and cleaning of restrooms

**Evenings and weekends are mandatory. 3-9pm throughout the week and 3-9pm on Saturday is required. If you are not available during these times, please do NOT apply

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
