Spicer Greene Jewelers is an upscale, full service, family owned jewelry store located in downtown Asheville. We have been consistently designated the "Best Jeweler in Western North Carolina". We are looking for a positive, passionate, and sales-minded individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

While we have an award winning team, we offer many opportunities for growth within the company. Our team currently includes: Sales Associates, Appraisers, Master Goldsmiths, and Award Winning Designers, who all, like you, have a passion for fine jewelry.
We ask that applicants have exceptional customer service, computer literacy, and communication skills. Only team players should apply. Working on weekdays, evenings and weekends will be required.

Responsibilities include:
- Be welcoming and considerate to customers coming into the store
- Generating leads and closing sales by going the extra mile
- Working closely with customers to determine their needs
- Answer questions about our products and recommend other products to compliment their selections
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Stay up to date with new products
- Maintain the store's visual appearance and high standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet Monthly and Yearly Sales Goals
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role. Experience in a high-end or luxury retail setting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
