We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our smokeshop team at our North Fort Worth location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases

- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers

- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Receive and stock merchandise shipments

- Assist in inventory management and ordering products

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Sales experience preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Knowledge of smoking products and accessories is a plus

- Must be at least 21 years of age
