• Position: Full Time Retail Sales Position (Lighting Design & Home Decorating)

Location: Lewes, Delaware

Description:
Sales position in a beautiful lighting and home decor showroom. Sales experience is required, however, we are happy to provide training and product knowledge. This position includes working directly with retail customers and contractors. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a small team with a lot of opportunity for hands on learning, development, and room for growth.

This position is expected to be 5 days per week, which includes Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to commute to Lewes Delaware
• Strong retail background, preferably in a high end retail showroom
• Must be willing to work Saturdays
• Professional appearance
• High school diploma, college degree preferred

Salary + Benefits:

• Salary will be based on individual experience
• Starting salary for 5 days per week is: $42,000 per year
• Daily lunch break
• Time off
• Position does not offer healthcare

• Willingness to learn about new products, contracting and design process, and inventory software (training will be provided)

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with customers
• Operating cash register and inventory database software
• Maintaining orderly appearance of the sales floor
• Cross selling products to increase purchase amounts
