Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Type 45+ WPM
  • Natural at building rapport quickly
  • Process focused - structure and consistency is key
  • Basic computer abilities (quickly learn different software, basic spreadsheet use, office work, etc)
  • Online conversations/online chatting while answering phones and working internet leads
  • Open and trusting in a team environment - trust is key
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

What to Expect:

  • We DON’T sell cars, but we engage with people looking to buy cars. What we DO sell are appointments to visit the dealership. Most of the customers we speak with are excited at the prospect of getting a new car, which makes the day go by faster and feel positive. We do make outbound follow up calls with an hourly quota.
  • Training is thorough. We will demonstrate how to create engagement and have positive, value adding conversations, as well as how to operate all computer systems. This is a team-based job where we rely on each other for help and support. We serve 5 major brand area dealerships (Honda, INFINITI, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi).

Schedule:

  • This position offices out of Austin, TX, however our team enjoys working from home perks as well. After thorough training, enjoy in-office, remote, or hybrid (remote/office) work.
  • This is a full-time position. We're extremely flexible on granting our employees days off when advance notice is given. Overtime occasionally available.
  • Schedule 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 11:15-7:15pm. Sat 8:45-7pm
  • Schedule 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 11:15-7:15pm. Sun 10-6pm
  • Schedule 3: Tue-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 845-7pm
  • 2-3 weeks training schedule shifts: Mon-Fri 8-5pm, 9-6pm, or 10-7pm.

Note: In-office training preferred, however, we will consider remote training on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation:

  • $19+ an hour depending on experience.
