We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and help manage our sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking sales activities, providing customer service support, and developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities with other departments.
- Maintain customer databases and contact information.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase sales.
- Provide support to the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
