The Collaborative Companies is a full-service, residential real estate marketing firm specializing in developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing programs for large-scale, vertical urban and suburban development projects throughout Greater Boston. TTC is currently involved in more than $1 billion dollars of projects in the Greater Boston area.
TCC is looking for a full-time Sales Executive. This position reports to the Sales director, and supervises Sales Coordinators.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting the Sales Director with the management of the site in order to increase sales including, but not limited to, marketing events, customer events and special projects or activities.
  • Supervising on-site support staff.
  • Maintaining channels of communication with leadership on all site activities.
  • Knowledge of all products and programs offered by the builder/developer.
  • Awareness of the marketplace.
  • Supervise coordination of all showings for customers.
  • Handling closings in a timely conveyance of homes that are sold.
  • Maintaining positive relations with the broker community, revisiting firms and running broker events.
  • Assisting with the gathering of vital information, preparation of marketing and sales reports and conducting weekly marketing meetings.
  • Ensure the grounds, sales office and model homes are in optimum showing condition at all times.
  • Visit all competitive sites on a quarterly basis, complete "Shopping the Competition" Forms, including local community services and programs that might be of interest to customers such as schools, churches, shopping, recreation, etc.
  • Process reservation and P&S agreements, communicating with project attorney, all with Sales Director’s review.
  • Prepare draft P&S agreements & all exhibits.
  • Maintain communication with Buyer/Broker/Attorney to ensure timely signing and execution of P&S agreement.
  • Maintain rapport with community residents to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Assist Sales Director to maintain and submit all reporting forms required in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual, including the customer tracking system and an NRT monthly web/analytics report. Have familiarity with weekly status reporting forms.
  • Conduct customer follow-up activities.
  • Maintain good relations with local lending institutions and be familiar with available financing programs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Real Estate Sales, or onsite sales experience preferred.
  • Current Real Estate License required, based on State the sales site is located.
  • Computer literate, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Office.
