We are looking for a Salesforce Developer that is ready to bring new solutions and ideas on how to utilize Salesforce and integrated systems/applications to improve processes and productivity to support a rapidly growing organization. This individual will work closely with their team members as well as Project Managers, Analysts and other business team members.

Representative Responsibilities

Performs analysis of issues and/or opportunities and provide potential solutions including design suggestions along with effort estimates
Works closely with business partners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, converting them into solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Acts as a Salesforce administrator, handling account creation and deactivation, permission/role assignment, overall oversight of Salesforce permissions.
Completes support/maintenance tasks for Carhartt’s various Salesforce cloud environments.
Collaborates with the CX and data teams to integrate Salesforce with other data sources and facilitate automated feeds – through APIs or otherwise
Writes and maintains technical documentation
Participates in on-call support of Salesforce, as needed.

Required Education

2-3 years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Developer certification a plus

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years software development, IT, or support experience
Experience with apex, lightning components, APIs, and integrations preferred
Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce cloud experience preferred
Experience working with Agile development practices. Git Hub, Gearset, and ADO experience a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices as well as OOP paradigm
Experience creating and maintaining different sets of user roles and permissions
Experience with Python, Javascript, or HTML preferred but not required
Strong communication skills
Works well with a team, open to share and receive feedback
Works hard, is committed to quality work, and works effectively and efficiently in a remote environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required.
Willing to work some weekends if necessary
