Sales Lead Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones for incoming calls and outbound calling for appointments.
- Configuring tracking reports and keeping all required spreadsheets current.
- Supports local field team by coordinating jobs sold
- Serves as an administrative role and fields phone calls from customers and field staff
- Responsible for processing and taking payments through our internal software program
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in a permit office preferred
- Must already be, or willing to become a notary
