Seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to provide support to all aspects of the sales and marketing department as well as be able to communicate professionally with retail buyers and category managers.

Responsibilities:

• Account Management for all Customer Accounts, both National and Regional
• Sales and Marketing support, including ownership of onboarding new customers and continued maintenance of all documentation
• Full in-house Graphic Design services for all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Full support and attendance at Customer and Consumer Trade Events/Shows, as well as aiding in planning, strategizing, and providing all graphic needs
• Provides Client Support for Contracts, Customer Service, and order history
• Responsible for maintaining all Retailer Portal Management Systems
• Prepares documents and forms using appropriate software for all customers
• Organizes, updates, and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
• Maintain sales and marketing sample library
• Responsible for ERP data entry/maintenance for Customers and Sales Orders
• Responsible for UPC Creation and Management
• Welcome Email-Access (FWD to correct individuals within the company)
• Ensures that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all food safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies and guidelines

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. 3 or more years of Sales Account Management experience.

3. 3 or more years of Marketing Design experience.
