Milestone 3D LLC is seeking a motivated, independent Sales & Marketing Associate to expand our unique Philadelphia-area business. Our personalized 3D engraved crystals and 3D printed figurines offer customers the ability to memorialize beloved people, places, events, and pets in an elegant and permanent 3D treasure.

Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for growing the business through corporate/professional partnerships, individual retail locations, and a greatly expanded and dynamic online presence.

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate that enthusiastically believes in our offerings and is comfortable and confident getting in front of professional decision-makers and creating win-win partnerships.

This is an uncapped, commission-based, evolving position selling high-end, high-margin products. The right candidate is open to design this opportunity to meet their ideas, their skills, and their needs within the established goals of the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Organically identify, develop, and grow multiple vertical markets for our products and services
• Create opportunities, set/maintain appointments, close transactions, follow-up on customer/partner orders, and offer superior customer service
• Develop pricing models for product and quantity for each vertical market/partner
• Develop, modify, and maintain industry-leading logistics for efficient ordering/business transactions within each vertical market/partnership
• Build customer/partner loyalty through superior customer service and positive engagement
• Understand our competition and study their offerings, their strategies, and their methods
• Create, modify, maintain, and evolve a strong digital presence through various social media platforms as well as establishing SEO dominance
• Continually review social media and web analytics and utilize the information accordingly
• Work with our web host/designers to continually improve and evolve the content, look, and functionality of our site
• Update and maintain company databases as required
• Maintain and enhance company literature and physical displays
• Comply with company-directed policies and procedures as they relate to day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Sales/Marketing or similar concentration
• Basic technical skills associated with pertinent computer software, smart devices, and remote connectivity
• Honest, enthusiastic, and hard-working demeanor
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and be productive without excessive management or oversight
• Flexible availability to maximize business opportunities
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. on occasion
• Dependable transportation and ability to transport product/display items
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products [Word, Excel,…etc.] as well as familiarity with the features available in Google Drive

Bonus Skills [Not Required but Desirable]:

• 1 year of Sales/Marketing employment
• An understanding 3D graphics and 3D technology
• Photoshop or similar photo editing skills
• POS system familiarity
• WordPress editing/updating experience
• Experience running social media/web/direct ad campaigns

Work Locations:

• Home – you will have the ability to work out of a home office for some of the responsibilities associated with the job.
• Jenkintown, PA – occasionally you will be needed in our studio location to meet current and potential customers and perform some business transactions.
• Greater Philadelphia Area – there will be the need to travel locally to meet with potential partners and scout/develop promising retail locations.
