We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our growing team, increasing the capacity and efficiency of XWP’s sales team and supporting long-term, high-value partnerships.

What You’ve Done
You have completed your high school education or equivalent
You have experience working with tools like Google Suite and Zoom
You’ve been responsible for crafting impeccably written communications
You’ve balanced competing priorities across dozens of outstanding tasks with timeliness and attention to detail
You’ve worked collaboratively with team members or clients across cultures
Bonus
You have experience working remotely (including remote education experience)
You have experience working with Slack, Hubspot CRM, and Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
You’ve worked in an IT or web development agency environment
You have hands-on experience with WordPress or involvement in the WordPress community
What You’ll Do Here
Maintain High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Actively participate in the smooth running of sales operations and collaborate with team members on the deployment of our enterprise solutions
Proactively monitor and reply to incoming client correspondence
Research of information required to prequalify leads
Track and analyze inbound data trends and sources, and contribute to quarterly data reports
Attend prospective customer calls as availability permits
Escalate any problems, issues, or opportunities to the Sales Operations Coordinator
Represent XWP to some of the most exciting brands in technology and publishing
Collaborate Across Teams
Participate in weekly scheduled Sales team meetings
Update and maintain internal documentation and ensure its communication to the Sales team
Keep the Sales team well informed through the daily use and maintenance of the Hubspot CRM
What Success Looks Like
Demonstrated learning in the areas of sales operations and an understanding of WordPress technology
Sales leads are accurately qualified and assessed, leading to positive conversion rates
All Sales documentation is complete and accessible to key team members
Participation and activation within XWP’s environment and remote culture

A starting pay range of USD $15 per hour
