The Sales Operations Specialist will act as a liaison working with the (ISC)2 Sales, Legal, Finance and Education teams to help process sales deliverables for the B2C and Sponsorship Sales Team. This person must achieve an in-depth knowledge of (ISC)2 certification and training programs in order effectively support the sales team and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Will be the subject-matter expert on the order-entry process using the Salesforce platform for the B2C and Sponsorship sales team.
- Assist in the processing and fulfillment of orders by ensuring orders and financial documentation are accurate for B2C sales and vendor sponsorship sales. Supports sales reps by communicating and assisting with completion of other department’s requirements forms, templates, etc. (finance, education)
- Communicates with students for class transfers, cancellations and follow up with related administrative duties to close the loop on these items
- Supports with the assessment of opportunity creation metrics for individual sales team members; to ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline entries.
- Shares pertinent communication regarding Salesforce pipeline health with the sales team.
- Responsible for the tracking and the distribution of sponsorship leads throughout the sponsor organizations. Responsible for sponsorship lead follow up with sponsor clients.
- Responsible for posting schedules for (ISC)2 and OTP classes/trainings.
- Participate in weekly calls, regarding upcoming classes, with cross-functional and internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Minimum 4 years of sales or marketing operations experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related, preferred
- Preferred experience and a background in the cybersecurity/IT training, vendor sponsorships, and certification industry
- At least 2 years using Salesforce platform, SFDC power user required; must be able to create reports and dashboards
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using Adaptive Insights and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a plus
