JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Blue Raven Sales Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting virtual interviews scheduled by our recruiting assistants. All candidates are prequalified and meet our sales criteria set by our sales leadership. You will work closely with Local Area Management to ensure all staffing needs are met with high quality Solar Closers. As a Sales Recruiting Specialist, you control all parts of the onboarding process until a Closer is ready to attend their first in-person training at their local offices. Your role is vital in the continuous growth of Blue Raven Solar and will allow us to fulfill our company mission, getting clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct interviews with prequalified candidates
  • Coach potential Closers through the onboarding process
  • Interview, hire, and assist in developing new Closers
  • Track and manage applicants in your pipeline

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred experience in Solar, Pest control, Lawn Care, D2D Sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong leadership abilities and initiative
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Quick decision-making and problems solving skills

COMPENSATION


40K Salary + Commission
$75K Annually
