Sales Representative
Territory: Minnesota & Wisconsin

As a Sales Representative for the Cement business, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling cementitious materials to a variety of customers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. You can work remotely from home and you'll travel to meet with customers about 50% of your time each month.
Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Promote and sell cementitious materials.
  • Interact and engage with the sales team.
  • Develop a reasonable sales forecast for customers that will enable the Cement business to reach profit goals.
  • Evaluate bid opportunities to determine the most cost-effective quotation proposal while understanding geographical constraints and supply availability.
  • Work with operations to ensure customer volume and quality standards can be met.
  • Handle customer questions, issues, and concerns and seek to resolve in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • Communicate changes to project quantities or delivery schedules in a timely manner.
  • Visit job sites regularly to receive customer feedback and ensure customers’ needs are being met.
  • Participate in local, state, and national trade organizations as needed.
More about you:
  • You have experience in sales with cementitious materials.
  • You have knowledge of concrete, including mix designs, strengths, and placing techniques.
  • You have knowledge of supplementary cementitious materials including but not limited to fly ash, slag, natural pozzolans, metakaolin, lime kiln dust, and cement kiln dust.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to develop new accounts and implement sales plans.
  • You can read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as scientific and technical journals.
