The Role

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager/Business Operations Manager/Business Development Manager and their team with all functions of their job. This entails a lot of back-end support as well as communication with the recruitment team, compliance, payroll, accounts receivable, as well as select clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Data Tracking – Daily/Weekly/Quarterly Metrics and Results
  • Completion of necessary Forms, Reports, and Confirmations on a weekly basis
  • Managing and maintaining communication to the recruitment team regarding the current open needs of the territory
  • Maintaining and uploading necessary documents to our client tracking portal
  • Assist with setting up road days for the team their support as well as aid and coverage while they are out of the office
  • Responsible for knowing and understanding the ins and outs of all the clients within the team
  • Accurately manage billing audit to ensure we are billing clients within established metrics
  • Compliance Tracking – compliance report in ATS, communicate between Recruitment/Sales/Compliance and any other necessary departments, update team when compliance is completed, and candidate is ready to be onboarded
  • Go between for different departments: Credentialing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Recruitment Team
  • Rate Sheet Management – Extensions/Terminations/Filling/Editing, etc…
  • Manage Weekly start and extension list for ATS compliance
  • Rate Card/Billing Card/Facility Management when necessary
  • Collection of Payroll Items to be send to the payroll team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment.
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.
