As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for guiding our use and deployment of Salesforce, working closely with senior managers on projects to streamline and simplify our systems. Follow our two-week sprints in an agile environment to build progress and the momentum of change. While working with Salesforce users, build rapport, understand their needs, translate them to stories with our project managers, and provide analytical gains of improvement in our user adoption of Salesforce and its related components. Also exploring new opportunities for our systems, creating requirements and plans for growth with ease of use in mind. You will build a solid understanding of how our systems work and how data integrates between the systems.
