THALITA LEITE Curl Salon is looking for a Salon Hairstylist/Assistant

Candidates must be expert "people persons" to attract and retain long-term customers. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills.

Hair Stylist Responsibilities: Able to Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences, can do secretarial tasks, Acting as a salesperson to sell clients hair care retail products.

Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits. Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.

Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.

Candidates must be Extremely Organized, Detail Oriented, Excellent Communication Skills, Self-driven, Eager to learn and have social media marketing experience.

Must have Cosmetology licensed

Exceptional in English language

Can speak conversational Portuguese is prefered

Someone with personal car is prefered

No experience candidates are welcome to apply, we provide trainings at the salon.

Pay
$15-$25/hr depends on experience

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Weymouth, MA 02190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Hair styling: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Portuguese (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
