Canfield Place Retirement Community in desireable Sexton Mountain area has a business opportunity for a skilled Salon Services Specialist to serve our assisted living senior residents. As a tenant you will... * Have your own fully equipped Salon space with two chairs, two sinks, two sit-down drying stations and more. * You will set your own hours, appointments, and prices (as long as it serves our community needs) * And you will still be able to accommodate your own public clientele. The right person will be licensed in the state of Oregon and have experience serving senior men and women clientele. Services may include styling, coloring, highlights, cuts, comb-outs, and perms, and limited nail services (no skin treatments). We are looking for someone to occupy the space and begin offering services immediately. *Only $350 per month rent for your own space *(typical single chair rentals in a shared space in our market is $600+ per month). *DON'T WAIT - This opportunity won't last.* \*signed agreement, proof of licensing, and insurance required.
