ADAM Grooming Atelier is an upscale male grooming brand which was founded in the UK in 2015. Over the last few years the brand has seen dramatic growth and now has 9 stores across some of London’s most prestigious districts from Mayfair, London’s Shard to Canary Wharf. Most recently adding to the portfolio a concession within London’s famous Harrods department store.

It is with great excitement that we announce the opening of Adam Grooming Atelier in New York, with our first store opening this spring in Brookfield Place, Financial District, Lower Manhattan. The Adam brand has become synonymous with luxury and indulgence, with accolades to its name such as the World’s Best Male Grooming Salon in 2019 by the World Spa Awards.

We are looking for an experienced salon receptionist to join our service team. This Front of House role is about creating that all important client first impression and representing the Adam brand for the ultimate male grooming experience. This role requires excellent attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills to provide smooth overall running for the salon and retail.

The brand is also home to the ADAM Collection styling and skincare products which have been created using natural ingredients and essential oils. This role requires an ability to learn the products to enhance the client experience, enabling you to make sales by recommending appropriate choices for skin and hair types.

The ideal candidate will:

Be passionate about customer service.

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a like role such as customer service and sales.

Have a sales driven attitude.

Have previous sales experience ideally in the cosmetics sector.

Will be immaculately presented to work on the shop floor.

Be confident in using our in-house booking system and taking telephone bookings.

Be competent in POS systems and quickly able to adapt to our system.

Have a high level of spoken and written English.

All necessary training will be provided by our competent team, but a passion for retail and customer service should be instinctive to you.

Commission can be discussed from the retail sales.
